We now offer, in co-operation with the Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, our popular Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS V5 course in Hamburg. The course will be taught in English but both German and English teachers will be present. We welcome all nationalities and you are not required to be a German speaker.

Requisitos: No set level of English is required as long as you enjoy speaking the language. During the training you will be taught hotel terminology and any standardised phrase handouts will be provided in English and German. Your English will improve dramatically throughout the course and many hotels do offer additional language courses to their team members to further develop your skills.

Our course covers standard Hotel procedures, extensive use of Opera PMS Hotel Software, Brand-standards of 5* Hotels and is followed by hands-on practical sessions in a state of the art training facility, where newly learnt skills are put into practice. All classroom sessions are taught and observed by experienced and caring hospitality trainers.


In addition, we will work with you on your CV and take a professional profile picture of you. You will also learn how to pass a job interview successfully. This is to ensure you present yourself as best as possible to future employers and are able to secure employment.


Course includes:

  • Extensive hands-on use of the hotel software Opera PMS
  • Hotel Standards for 5* Hotels
  • English and German Hotel Terminology
  • Reception Academy Stationery
  • Certification
  • Professional CV and Profile Picture

This course will be taught over 4 consecutive weekends (Saturday & Sunday) starting every day at 9am and finishing at 5.30pm including breaks.
